Our Reservation Terms:
Reservations
are subject to availability. Advance reservations are
recommended Quoted rates are based on two person/one bed
occupancy. Additional guests are $35.00 per person. Quoted rates are
plus Tax.
- Reservations are guaranteed with a credit card.
- Reservations are not guaranteed until appropriate deposit is received or credit card is on file.
- Specials can not be used with any other offers.
- No Smoking Please.
- Smoking outside is okay in designated areas.
- A $250 cleaning fee will be charged for any indoor smoking.
- A well mannered child is welcome with constant supervision.
- Parents responsible for damage or breakage
- We try to accomodate a well mannered, crated, pet in some rooms .
- An apprpriate cleaning will be charged for pet accidents and or damage in all rooms
- We ask that you use outdoor cleaning equiment to clean up after your pet.
Our Payment Terms:
In addition to cash, we accept Master Card, VISA, and Discover.
- Full
deposit required for one night or 50% deposit required for two or more
nights to confirm reservation. The balance is due upon arrival. You may
pay with cash, but a credit card is required to hold your reservation.
Deposit is taken at time the reservation is made. If you wish to pay
by cash or check, we still require a credit card to hold your
reservation.
Cancellation Policy:
We
are a small, privately-owned business and due to our small size,
cancellations impact us significantly. A last minute cancellation gives
us little chance of filling your vacancy. For this reason we uphold a
strict policy:
- Reservations
must be cancelled 7 days prior to the arrival date for a full
refund. If cancellation is made less than 7 days before your
reservation date you will forfeit 50% of room fee unless we
can rebook the room.. We will try to rebook your room. A $25
booking fee will be due for all cancellations. Cancellations three
(3) day or less will be expected tp pay the full amount of one nights
stay.
- No refunds are available for early departures or no shows.
WE ARE A NON-SMOKING PROPERTY!
Smoking
is not allowed in doors. However,it is our desire to
accommodate the needs of all guests, we ask that you discretely use our
outdoor areas. Please do not dispose of smoking materials in you room
trash receptical. If tobacco odor is discovered after your
stay, we will charge your credit card a cleaning fee. Many
guests are extremely allergic to tobacco smoke. We hope you
understand.
Willow Way is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items either
in the House or in vehicles parked on the street.
