Willow Way wants your occasion to be special. There are the items to help your special occasion go smoothly. we normally limit guests to 75 people.
Caterers, Florist and parents are welcome be appointment. Three visits are included in this charge. Additional trips will be charged at $25.00 per hour or partial hour.
Rehearsals will require an additional reservation. $25.00 per hour or partial hour is required. Your understanding and consideration of B&B guests is appreciated.
Food Service
Tableware, serving pieces if used and included in contract, include 1 cup, 1 plate, and 1 fork per person up to 75 people. If you are serving hot hors d'oeuvres and cake you will need to provide extra plate and fork for cake as each guest will require two services and Willow Way does not have 150 plates and forks available. Do not plan for guests to use same service for hors d'oeuvres and cake. Many brides opt for clear plates and forks.
Many guests will ask for ice water. We do not have an ice machine. Please provide a bag of ice for every 25 guest and bring some clear plastic glasses for the kitchen. Please remember to ask your catere to bring plastic wrap, foil etc for clean up and removal of food items left after the party.
There will be a clean up fee of $25.00 per hour if clean up cannot be accomplished. Please use only caterers who have equipment to keep and serve hot food items and hot and cold items cold. Please do not allow food items to be brought from long distances or from out of town. This will prevent food borne illnesses of your guests.
Music
Music and sound equipment should be in keeping with a neighborhood situation. We are in a quiet neighborhood and want to be good neighbors.
Children
For the Safety of children present and the well being of our fish in the ponds, a pond sitter must be appointed. Someone appointed that I know will keep children from falling into or throwing rocks, cake etc to the fish or into the ponds. Children should not be allowed to run in the house of up and down the stairs. We would ask that children be supervised at all times.
Alcohol
We understand that some occasions call for a toast or alcoholic beverage to be served to guest. We would ask that these beverages not be served so that any guest would leave the Willow Way impaired. If beer and alcoholic beverages are served through out the evening an off duty policeman is usually available for a nominal charge.
Parking
It is usually a good idea to have someone available to show people where to park. Sometimes a groomsman will volunteer for that duty before the wedding.

Minimum deposit of 30% is required at time of booking. This is a non-refundable charge. If cancellation occurs less then four (4) weeks in advance, total charges are due as it is impossible to re-book the facility. All charges and fees are due and payable two (2) weeks in advance of the event. The undersigned agrees that any unusual charges or damages, rental equipment etc: are the sole responsibility of the booking party. It is also understood that Willow Way is not resposible for items delivered for occasion or lost or stolen items delivered in advance or left for pick up at a later date.
Willow Way will be clean and ready for the occasion when you arrive and it is understood that Willow Way will be left clean and in the same condition when the occasion is over. This includes, but is not restricted to, any furniture that is moved, kitchen clean up, and yard free of debris and trash.
Plates, cups, silverware may be used for an additional $1.00 per expected guest. This charge covers basic wear and tear of these items. Punch bowls and serving trays are also available .
Table Linens are not included in the above charges.
